Breeding betta fish...successful?

Someone mentioned it’s most likely velvet as opposed to ich. It was also mentioned that the chances of survival of either is slim, and that cupramine at half dose could help but to absolutely get that heat up.
Little white dots on my puffers, little white dots on the betta fry.

How may dots. If you can easily count them, its probably ich. If there is too many to easily count, it's probably velvet. Not surefire, But is most of the time accurate
2 dots on a few of the bettas, for my 60 puffer community I could count them but I haven’t so I would say 5-10 dots

First confirmed death: from ich. Doing a 100% water change today and found 2 fry dead from ich. After change, medicating with this:

Also, my big tank got ich and the medication says to not use with scaleless fish, like my puffers. Anyone else got ideas for what medication to use? Thx

Just finished up the water change...as i put them back, many were motionless...

It has been a complete disaster. Now only have at most 5 fry alive and I am planning on giving them to a friend to raise and breeding another pair. My big tank has had absolutely no impreovment, even after the accurel knockout IP, prazipro, aquarium salt, high temp, AND API general cure, ich and gill flukes still there. The big tank’s filter (fluval g6) is barely working with the water from the output nozzle only tricking out even after i checked everything. :(

Thx everyone who helped me with this. Will continue to update this, but may start a new thread for my next breeding attempt :)

Update time! using the same betta pair as last time. also using a ten gallon for breeding now. The make has started bubble nesting after i put a piece of bulge wrap in there
