Brightwell reef code

i am using brightwell reef code a&b -p. I’ve followed the mixing instructions but can’t get either powder to fully dissolve. I’ve mixed vigorously and even placed one in a jar and put that jar in hot water. I don’t understand what I’m doing incorrectly.

Anyone? I’ve tried like mad and there is still a portion of product that stays on the bottom. Do I need to leave the container open for air so it can fully dissolve?

I just submitted a support ticket with Brightwell to ask for mixing instruction for one gallon containers for dosing, lets see what they come back with.
