Bringing a neglected tank back time frame

So Im ashamed to say the past few months I let the parameters get out of hand. Few zoas, xenia, gsp, and a bubble coral. Thhey were barely hanging on and some zoas I believe are gone for good. Ive restabilized the system and made some upgrades and are back into the hobby more than ever. How long do you think it would take realisticly to be ablle too see if my bubble coral is going to make it? it was barely holding on and its been about 4 or 5 days since everything has been up to par agaiin. Hopefully iits not to late

Don't beat yourself up too much, most of us have been there at one time or another.

When it comes to a languishing coral, one can never predict which way it will go; whether its in a newly reclaimed tank or even a tank that has been consistently spot on. It's tricky stuff predicting what a coral will do.

Ha ha, yes those of us who have been keeping tanks a long time have learned how to design and set up tanks that thrive on a more hands off approach, right Patrick?

My advice would be just give it time, whenever I start messing with the corals more they seem to do worse. I’d just keep monitoring it and potentially feed it if you think it would be up to eat.
