Does anyone know which bristle worm this is if it’s a good one or one of the bad ones?
Thanks

Looks like your standard bristle worm. Part of a good clean up crew. Can be a nuisance if they get too numerous.

Either a normal bristleworm or lumbrinerid worm

I don't know what a " good bristle worm" is vs. a " bad bristle worm".
They are bristle worms.
If you mean bad, as in fire worms, then they are generally not good for your system.
