I have just seen a bristleworms in my tank, living in the live rock... Is this good or bad? If bad, how do I remove?

They are fine. Think of it as a free clean up crew. Odds are, there are many more you have not seen. Try not to handle them with bare hands, as they can stick quills into your skin, and it can be irritating.

They are good till they get big then there can be issues. Just add a Coris Wrasse and it'll take care of them!
