So a few days ago one of my hammers came loose from its rock, and in the panic to grab for glue/ putty I accidentally dropped the hammer. When I reattached the hammer to its rock I noticed that one of the heads was cracked and misshaped. Currently part of the skeleton is hanging by some flesh/ tentacles while a good chunk of the remaining head looks healthy. Should I be worried?

About 8 months ago I was removing a hammer from a frag plug and it split vertically leaving me with three pieces with polyps. Although I figured the were toast , I glued them down. The two smaller ones eventually receded and withered away but the larger one thrived and currently has two heads. I think you’ll be fine, good luck.
