this was the browest dyingest acro I ever came in contact with this 2 yrs after can't believe it made it came out a tank with 50ppm n03 with all the neglect you could think of

I bought this browned out frag for 20$ at a lfs. Ended up being a pink tip sarmentosa. I'm not complaing.

It's definitely not a milli. I will try to get a better pic when I get home. I traded a guy for it because I liked the shaggyness, but the color was very drab. It started turning hot pink a couple months ago, and the polyps are silvery blue.

Here's a pic with no pe. The coralite structure doesn't really look like a milli to me, but I could be wrong.

Thanks guys for giving me hope. I picked up a brown frag two weeks ago at the lfs. Under their lighting it looked dark brown with perhaps a reddish look around the polyps. All the polyps opened as soon as it got settled into the tank and have been open ever since. I'm hoping it will color up some but a healthy acro feels like success to me regardless of the color. Actually all the acros in my tank are green, blue, off white, purple, so a brown gives me a contrast.
