Brown big colony Id

Hi guys, I've got a big colony that is growing nicely but I only get color on the tips and the body stays brown. I've got a nicely colored strawberry shortcake and other sps that are doing just fine. Do you have any tips for making it colorful? Maybe too much light? Do you know the Id of the acro? Thanks so much.

If its brown it needs more light, no such thing as too much light

Looks like a tabling acropora species. Maybe A. cytherea?

nice colony, love too see full tank shot,what lights are you using how high off top of water,jmo 30 yr stick head,some lights can be too strong ,bleaching coral ,jmo:)

Hi guys thanks a lot. I've checked these species but is none of these. So you think it could be low light? I can try to move it to the center of the tank and higher. The problem is that it's grown very big. And I only have a 75 gallon tank xD.
The lighting it's a mix of easyled led bars and orphel bars. I have planty of light and a strawberry shortcake I have on a similar height is almost pale. That's why I was thinking "maybe its too much light". Do you think I should move it?

Could it be a Red Planet Acro? The pale, brownish color could be caused by too much light. I've got one placed high in the tank that kind of browned out when my Alk and Cal dropped due to a doser malfunction, but continued to grow.

It is a smoothie... maybe A. Lokani?

Most smoothies like full spectrum lighting and lots of it. Also, closer to NSW parameters are best for best color.

Yea I dunno I think a couple more clear shots would be helpful. Looks cool and even looks like valida now that I look again. I can see loripes right at the edges, where the new growth is splitting sideways.

i think validia is much darker green even faded,jmo ,here to learn something new every day ;)

Thanks guys, you are great! The most similar is the Acropora valida :D. My light has not been full spectrum, with mainly three kind of led bars. Yesterday I've re installed my old maxspect razor together with the led bars and I noticed a better spectrum overall. Do you think this may be the problem? I'm attaching a fts :D

I have po4< 0.03 and no3 =2/5. CA=410, MG=1230 AND KH=7/8. The lighting is a mix of orphek or3 led bar and easyled deep blue and marine blue bars. These are very widespread here in italy. Yesterday I mounted my old razor 180w to add some full spectrum (or near) component. The quantity of light is surely high. I had to dim down the led bars due to pale corals. My doubt concerns the spectrum and wit the razor I hope to see some better coloration.

How close are the bars to the water and is that a 30 gallon tank? The colony looks good to me just not fully colored up. Looks like a light or nutrient issue. I would hope the razor helps too.

Thanks. The lights are 23 cm from the water surface. The tank is a 75 gallon!
I know it's not bad but I'm trying to obtain a better coloration! I've had some problem tuning my skimmer properly and maybe this could be affecting overall organics in the tank.

For the most part, daylight renders the best color in nearly all coral... then you can make it is blue as you want to view them.

Wow nice tank! I agree the skimmer fluctuating could be part of it.
