Today I've noticed that my blue torch isn't opening up as much like usual. I took a closer look and realized what looks to be parts of tissue injury or damage. At a specific region, a few tentacles seem damaged or heavily retracted/gone. I wasn't able to spot anything brown or jelly-like, so I couldn't determine if it's brown jelly disease. Also, I couldn't imagine anything that could've cause the trauma. The other torch was on the opposite side of the wound.
All other corals in my tank are very healthy (including another torch that was next to this one).
I've attached a few photos of the site of injury. I apologize for the image quality, these are the best I could grab. The fourth photo was shot from a different angle, I circled the wound.
Parameters:
Nitrate: ~5ppm
Phosphate: ~0.1
Alkalinity: 7.9
pH: 8.2
Salinity: 1.022
Any help is appreciated!
