Hi all,
This one has only been in my tank for a short while. Is the brown at the bottom a concern for anyone? Cheers

Is the top line the new flesh?
Bottom line where it used to be flesh?
Or between the lines flesh just strangely bright white?

New lps frequently will have some tissue loss near the base following relocations (from LFS to DT). What are the nutrient levels in this tank? I would guess they are low/absent in a relatively new tank? Feed the fish, ime to improve lps health. If you don't have fins to feed, target feedings with mysis, brine shrimp, or lps pellets can improve lps health. Don't feed them a feast 3 times a day! Small feedings are better. Once or twice a week target feedings, I like just to broadcast feed my fish and let the lps capture tiny bites on the drift.

hth.
