Brown spot on chalice

I have a brown spot on my chalice as seen in the photo. I removed it previously with tweezers, but it has come back. What is it and should I be concerned? Thanks

Reef Pro Corals
I have same issue on one and no solution. Algae grows there. I remove and it comes back
