Yes, I expect any food grade, USP grade, ACS reagent grade, or other high grade of calcium chloride is OK. Of course, it is always possible for things that are eatable or potable to be Ok for people and not reef tanks (such as tap water with 1 ppm copper), but that seems unlikely to happen.
