BRS Biopellet Reactor Leaking

All,

I have been scratching my head for a while now... my reactor wont stop leaking where the canister meets the base. I tried buying a new insert because the seal was a bit damaged ... that didn’t work, so i put teflon on the thread... still leaking.

Anyone had/have this issue??!
