Just gettin' started. Again.
Purchased my RODI unit from them 10 months ago and all of the canisters are mounted to a sturdy steel frame. Just purchased a dual reactor (chamber) unit for carbon, GFO, etc and the canisters are mounted to a less sturdy plastic frame.
Has it always been this way? Or has the recent corporate activity started a slide toward shaving pennies out of the production quality?
