I'm sorry to hear this feedback. We are generally on top of getting orders out within 1 business day of the order being placed to ensure we do our part to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Standard economy shipping, free on most orders over $49, is 5-7 business days depending on how close to MN you are. The Fast Flat Rate is a bit quicker and is 1-3 days depending on proximity to MN. If you package is delayed, don't hesitate to contact our support team for assistance.
