Hi Reefers, I have a 180g mature mixed reef tank that is under attack from what i'm pretty sure is Bryopsis (see photo). I've dealt with Blue Clove Polyps and many other issues but this is a first with Bryopsis. I did what most of us always due with an issue - read a lot of threads and watched some videos and I wanted to get some feedback from others who have dosed fluconazole to get rid of bryopsis.
My question is on how much to dose? The recommended dosage is 20mg per gallon but i've read of people doing 1/2 that or even one guy who "microdosed" his tank and it was effective. I def would like to use as little as possible to not overload my system with a chemical solution unnecessarily. Would love to hear from others who have gone down this path and how much they dosed and if they had any issues with dosing fluconazole.
