leave it be, give it some time to grow. have you tried feeding it? even some frozen mysis?
attempted to feed it a small piece of salmon last night after reading that people have done that. Not sure if it ate it because it was expelling waste which wasn’t obvious until I tried to feed it so I left the piece on its tentacles.

I feed my BTA mysis / earth worms/ brine shrimp/ mussels/ they even take flake when feeding the fish and they like algae pellets as well only feed once a week

Is this normal? It’s now on the glass this morning. But it’s opened up.

It is bleaching. You need to get a phoshate test ASAP and start feeding the anemone. Every 3-4 days or so.

You can simply feed it fish food.
