Hey all!! I have a BTA that has been in my tank for about 2 weeks now. It does this shrinking thing 3-5 times a day, and each time I feed it. New to Anemones and the hobby in general, just wanted to verify that this is OK/normal or see if I am disturbing it in some way.

Thanks!!

For reference, this is how it looks most of the time.

Outstanding! I was hoping that was the case. Now, to just get my clowns to host... lol
good luck. Those tank raised designer clownfish are hit or miss. ..mostly miss in my experience. I ended up getting a reef clarkii and it dove right in.

With just being in the tank for a relatively short time make sure not to feed too much. I never feed mine and with new nems it can actually be a negative effect. Once a week is fine if you're really motivated to do so, and nothing large.
