Our BTA has got half way through the intake into our sump. What do we do? If we try to gently remove him he balls up and he doesn’t seem to be moving either way without us doing anything. He did block the sump completely dropping the level cause the water couldn’t get through but currently half covered. Is t a complete hole lots of slots making up circles inside circles. HELP!!!

take a cube of ice and rub it around the base of the nem, should start to detach immediately, once it starts to detach you can GENTLY use a credit card to help it the rest of the way off.

hope this helps!
