I have a question.i got my neon green bta alittle over a month ago. What ive noticed is that during the day it will have full bubbletips on its tentacles but when its night time the tentacles would be stringy
At first I thought the bta losses its bubble like many other refers experience but its only during the night then day comes and its bubble tip again(notice how the daytime pic its bubble tentacles and on the night one its turns long and thin)
Is this normal for a bta?

Appears normal. Your BTA looks very healthy and gorgeous! That rainbow color though! :) I know that along with closing up at night, mine will loose its bubbles as well, but then come morning when the LED's have ramped up and the T5's kick on, she goes back into full bubble mode.

All anemones deflate to a certain extent when the light is out. Sometimes they even balled up.

It seems normal too. Just curious as its my first bta and im learning alot just from watching it everyday. Im using t5 as well

I was about to ask that too. Ive read that in some cases certain bta loses their bubble tip and no one could really give a definite answer to this although i would like mine to stay this way
