Bubble coral ate clownfish?

i just witness my bubble coral spit out one of my clownfish and it was half eaten. My question is did the bubble coral sweepers sting the fish and eat him or was he sick and I didn't notice and he just went in there?

Ps my clownfish hosted everything in the tank from my anemone to my big hairy mushrooms and Goniopora

Did you quarintine the clown? How long have you had?

He was in QT for 2 weeks he seemed fine and was eating

I would say something else killed the clown and the bubble coral got a meal afterwards.

What other fish? And how big of a tank?

Just another clown and its a 40 cube also have a coral banded shrimp in there

I say it's the shrimp if seen videos off them trying to kill other fish they have to use those long claws for something and the clown being on the small size
