Bubble coral trouble

Recently had a gorgeous bubble coral shipped. Unfortunately it looks like popped balloons after a day. Is this hard to ship?
Should I have patience?
Ask for store credit?

Not uncommon during acclimation. Just watch for bacterial infection. If chemistry is in line the coral should expand normally once acclimated.
