Well since I have never saw a feed back for them I figured it was appropriate to leave this.... Anyways I ordered a couple dosing pumps like 8 months ago and they sat in the box since then... Well I fired them up finally today and I had a little issue with one of the heads working lose "go figure"... Well I thought what the heck it's worth a shot to send them my story and see what they could do for me since they are brand new but 8 months on a shelf... Well I get a email back within a hour asking for my addy brand new heads are on there way no questions asked...;) pretty cool deal for a company you don't hear much about....awesome customer service!!!!
