Bubble magus arf-1 trouble shooting

Hello!
I'm just getting my tank cycling. I bought a lot of used parts including my roller filter. It was really clean when I got it and working, I also cleaned it and checked it before installing and it was working. I plugged it in and the light was flashing. After a few days I realised the light is no longer flashing, I checked and it's not working

I'm in Canada and can't seem to find a replacement motor. The power supply has a light when plugged in, I used isopropyl alcohol to clean the plugs just in case and it didn't help. I don't have a spare supply to check if it's the issue. I've emailed the company but does anyone have any suggestions?

I use the Bubble magus ARF small, have not seen these issues, Aquacave.com has the motors for gen 1 and 2

take the motor off and make there is nothing binding the rolls, you should easily be able to roll it in either direction. If this checks ok , check the water level sensor connection also.

I checked all that, the motor seems dead, I took the motor off and plugged it into a different outlet, still no lights and the sensor doesn't work. I ordered a new one on aliexpress.
