Hello!
I'm just getting my tank cycling. I bought a lot of used parts including my roller filter. It was really clean when I got it and working, I also cleaned it and checked it before installing and it was working. I plugged it in and the light was flashing. After a few days I realised the light is no longer flashing, I checked and it's not working 😢 I'm in Canada and can't seem to find a replacement motor. The power supply has a light when plugged in, I used isopropyl alcohol to clean the plugs just in case and it didn't help. I don't have a spare supply to check if it's the issue. I've emailed the company but does anyone have any suggestions?

take the motor off and make there is nothing binding the rolls, you should easily be able to roll it in either direction. If this checks ok , check the water level sensor connection also.

I checked all that, the motor seems dead, I took the motor off and plugged it into a different outlet, still no lights and the sensor doesn't work. I ordered a new one on aliexpress.
