That what I started with now its 16ml of calcium.15ml mag,17ml alk.

With that load of coral in that size of a system you don't need magnesium dosing but once a week or twice a week like 3-6 ml. Total. If your makeup water is high then you would not need to dose mag at all.

I would guess you could get away with putting 2tsp of kalk for eery gallon of RODI in your ATO reservoir. The evaporation will replenish and should take care of your parameters.

I had about 20 times more coral in a 90 gallon system and was able to keep all of my parameters perfect with just Kalk+2 (ya it's from brightwell) but it worked.

I mix it once really well and then into the container it goes. This might be a lot easier than what your doing.
