Bubble Magus qq2 problem

Hello,

We've had this protein skimmer running no priblem for almost a year. After my partner gave it a good clean a couple days ago, it seems to be bubbling out from the side, & not taking bubbles up into the cup.

Any tips? Have we reassembled it incorrectly?

It sounds like it wasn't reassembled correctly. The video isn't playing. You should be able to see a schematic in the owners manual or find one online.
