Bubble Tip Anemone (10G Tank) Light Recommendation

So as the title says.
Which set of LED lights do you guys recommend?

Want something that is not too expensive, and good enough for a 10G nano tank + at the same time High Par at the top

So for a 10G tank, would you place it high (using bracket), or lower the intensity, or use at full.
What would you do?
