Now I'm not so sure, that picture looks more like a bta now, lovely Nem anyhoo.

I google imaged the mag nem, and it looks identical to quite a few of them. So I'll go with that

The first pic confused me, I didn't realise the bag was opaque so the tips looked a lot darker. In the tank pic they look almost white which I've never seen from a mag. If it is a mag however they tend to need a bit more light than bta's and you will probably need to feed it too.
