Here it is, the oozing stopped. I know you guys said to leave it alone. But it hasn't seen light for almost a week, and it seemed to have given up on moving so I used ice cubes to get it to let go and moved it to the top of the rock it was trying to get to. It is really sticky, was hard to get some glove off it.
I turned the powerheads off for awhile and it is attached again, powerheads back on now. Also turned off my main light, so just have the orbit marine non-pro on running at 75%.
It's mouth is small, so I think that is good.
It did shrink up when I was moving it, it was huge! Should I try to feed it later tonight or tomorrow to get it some energy?
So it's been a couple days and the nem has stayed put. Really has his foot attached deep in the rock. Hoping it starts to get some color, will have to get a new pic tonight
Here it is today, seems to have a good hold on the rock behind it. Does it look ok? Looks to have pulled itself into the rockwork some. It is beginning to get its green color back.
So it moved under the rock again after a few days out front, then came back out to the light, but on the back side. Has been going through some inflate/ deflate stages last few days. Fed it a tiny piece of shrimp yesterday and checked tonight after work and it is starting to get a little bubbling!
Had to go on a road trip today for work and was able to stop at Petco and grabbed some mysis and krill. And also a 40 breeder. The nem must have know was still at the back of the tank this morning, got home 4 hours later and it's out front! In a great spot too!
Question is should I feed him today? I was planning to as it's been a week, just not sure after the move if it would still be a good idea. Thanks
Got home last night and my clowns found the nem and they are going crazy in it! I fed it a little krill, 3 of the 4 clowns are in it. Couldn't believe it, very excitied.
