Bubbles coming from rock

I think this is a chemistry problem. When I stop the flow I see tons of bubbles coming from my rock work. Is this normal. I do have a problem keeping corals alive and po4 being high from time to time. Here’s a quick video

Could be co2 or just trapped bubbles.
I can’t think of a chemistry prob that would cause that save peroxide dosing maybe.
