I've noticed I have bubbles on various frag plugs. Is air seeping out? Something else? Thanks all.

Just air bubbles trapped under algae film, should be able to be brushed away.

Be wary, maybe mount them on new plugs. When I see bubbles on algae, I think dinos and shudder in fear. ;Nailbiting
