Does the alkalinity really matter in my anemone tank my ammonia 0 nitrite 0 , 10 nitrate , salinity 1.025 and phosphate 0.07
I just got the rose bubbletip nem and i lightshocked them on the first day but i put my ai prime 16hd in acclimation mode 2nd day and now its hiding under rocks and seem really stressed on 4th day should i be worried

Not yet. They can take a while to acclimate. Even then, they still will have periods of unusual behavior. Closing up for a few days isn't unusual at all.

While alkalinity probably isn't as important if you were keep SPS corals it is still recommended to keep in the 8-12 dkh range for their overall health. Fairly easy to do if you don't have any corals as most salt mixes will put you in band.
