Budget Refugium light for all in one aquarium.

I am looking to set up a Refugium in an all in one innovative marine 15g cube. I am looking for a budget light $40 or less that will grow my chato in the middle part of my all in one tank. So what do you guys think would be a good Refugium light for my tank?

I am looking to set up a Refugium in an all in one innovative marine 15g cube. I am looking for a budget light $40 or less that will grow my chato in the middle part of my all in one tank. So what do you guys think would be a good Refugium light for my tank?

The setups I've seen usually cut out part of the black film on the back of the tank and mount the light such that it shines through into the middle chamber.
