from beginning to end. I have a little Dino’s going on right now and I’m a little frustrated over it, but I’m staying on top of it.I did everything myself and I’m kinda proud of it. That stand was probably the hardest. I’m a woman, so it wasn’t easy drilling the nails. The plumbing was fun. I got akit out of doing that. Also, I participated in the WWC sale this past weekend and had fun with that without breaking the bank. It was just fun. 1595960334151.jpeg

I'm sensing the start of something great! What are your plans for the new setup? Do you have an equipment wish list?

Congrats on the start, looking forward to seeing water and livestock in there :)

The tank is up and running. Was having trouble posting pictures. I’m doing a mixed reef. So far so good. I can probably use a really good skimmer, but my sump is only ten gallons. I didn’t take in consideration a sump when I made the stand. My fault. What I have does the job. I could always redo a sump. I literally took an old 20 gallon from the street, took it apart for baffles.
my wish is that Red Sea max as well. I wish I could afford a system like that.

Time will help ya... all good things come to those who wait in this hobby! Just grow with this tank, I do agree with having a bigger sump, I also would suggest looking into making your own refugium. When it comes time to do your tank upgrade you've joined us here on R2R where you'll find tons of tank envy and inspiration (also some good recommendations)!

Slow and steady as a reefer is the best motto. Let me know if you have questions I'm always happy to help!
