I'm receiving feedback on my build thread that videos are not loading and the thread is hanging up; can you please let me know if R2R can assist with this issue?

Thanks @dbl - can you recommend any action for users experiencing this issue? Perhaps it could be related to History or cookies if it's not on the R2R side?

It's a matter of what browser they're using - not all browsers work properly.
