I ordered something on the 27th and it still hasn’t shipped. I sent brs a message but nothing. UPS says label has been created but they haven’t received the package.

Check your email first time I ordered a tank from them they put a hold on it and emailed me about it, I had to call them to sort it out, they don't seem to answer their emails.

Edit: also if it's live goods they don't ship those themselves so anything like fish or algae barn stuff is up to the third party to ship, I've found that it takes a few days for algae barn to ship stuff and I have no idea about other live goods.

I got it straightened out. They lost it or forgot to pack it but they are resending it
