Hi, I'm in the process of getting my tank and sump ready to leak test. I got my sump used, just a lid for the sock compartment. The bulkheads on my tank are 1.5in and 1in respectively and the holes are exactly the right size. However, on the sump the holes don't exactly line up with BRS's bulkhead spec sheet and I'm hesitant to order any until I get the sizing correctly. I think there may have been SCH80 bulkheads on there before or even polypropylene as the ABS bulkheads don't really match up.

Or, maybe I just can't read and the answer is obvious, either way I think they're 2in and 1.5in; just want some extra validation.

1.25” and 1.5” ABS should fit those two holes in the bottom 2 pics (the 2” and 2.6” holes) should be no problem. The gaskets have like a half inch of lip to them. For the top pic I’d use the 1.5” too. Or you could try to upsize that hole to 2.9” (since it has a little deformation) and use a 2” bulkhead. I’m concerned that bottom hole is too close to the bottom of the sump.
