I'm needing a new bulk head for my tank. I tried ace hardware with no luck. Would homedepot or Lowes or Menards have them or can I go to a boat repair shop. If not then I'll order a few through brs.

You can probably look online and check the box that limits the search to your local store...

I have seen them for sale at Home Depot in the isle with bathroom plumbing and irrigation. . . They only had 2 sizes (can't remember which), and they were overpriced. . .

EDIT: looks like the ones they sell are not made for glass, might still work but not sure:
