I returned a item that was not working correctly about a week ago. Tracking shows delivered and signed for a couple days ago.
The return status has not updated.
Shouldn't the return status have been updated shortly after the item was signed for/delivered?
Is there a typical turnaround time?
How long i should wait before getting really concerned?
