Have this naoko wrasse that has a bump near the gill.
It went through 3 weeks of copper and 2 weeks of prazi.
Was planning on putting him in DT today but wanted to make sure if this bump could cause any problems.

Appears to be a cyst from post injury
Is it contagious or harmful- no
Should it be treated- not yet as long as fish is eating normal and breathing normal- keep an eye on it
Should it become worse or inflamed- treat in a quarantine tank with seachem kanaplex which is a broad spectrum treatment and absorbed by the fish

Thanks for the id. He's been doing really well during the whole QT process, he also eats a lot. He does breathe a little fast because of the prazi, but I'm pretty sure he should be fine once in the DT. I will be throwing him in DT tonight when all my other fish are asleep.

With prazi, always use air stone.

It is breathing pretty fast, does the tank have good aeration in it? (not just circulation).
