Has anyone had a blue tipped seabae anemone burry itself with sand before? Just picked one up yesterday and he attached nicely to the interface between rock and sand and stayed put through the night. Then suddenly this morning it retreated and is completely covered with sand in its original spot. Normal?

Sorry. I'm not familiar with those, but I'll bump this for someone who might know.

Sounds as if it is looking into how to settle best. Since nems don't have muscles, imagine moving around a body made of cobweb. It is gonna look into the surroundings and the currents of your tank in order to rearrange all its tissue, before it feels that everything is optimal.
