Button Carpets?

I've been looking, but what are the button carpet-looking nems called? Not a mini maxi, looks like a haddonis but never gets bigger then 2" and splits naturally?

not sure, my local reef store sells them periodically calling them mini carpet anemones.

Those are red maxi minis or at least that's always what I've seen them sold as. The red maxis stay small about 2-2.5". I have one and it will begin to split once at that size.

Ok, I guess I was always under the impression carpets didn't voluntarily split.

i didnt know they split. this thread has taught me something new.
my LFS just sells them as mini carpets never said anything to us about splitting.

These ones do. That's why I was seeing if they were true "carpets" or something else.
