Hey everyone. I have a button scoly and this week a piece of it started sagging quite alot. It still eats, opens up and looks great but I'm just very confused by what is happening. The button scoly is around 2-3cm big.

I can't find anything online about this, is it growing a new head or? It's only on maybe a 1/8th of the coral on the edge

In my opinion it looks normal. My corals often do this and a few days later go back to normal. I don’t really know why, maybe it’s a growth thing...

It looks healthy and perfect, just the sagging spot. Wait and see, but I havent heard of scolys forming new heads in captivity.
