Purchased 3 zoa frags and 1 came in with no water in bag. I was told that it was impossible and to put the dead frag in my tank. I was then told that they have received anenomes and torches that appeared to be skeletons but came back healthy in a few days.... this is a zoanthid not a torch. Was treated like a liar from the start even though I provided pictures of the DOA. Had to file a claim to get reimbursed
