I traded in a bunch of Zoas for $300+ in store credit a few years ago. I was told that they keep the record with my account and I can use the credit anytime.

After I finally try to use the credit I am told that they only keep records for 1 year. How convenient, using a secret internal policy to discard your debts! I tried to give them time to make this right but was given the runaround over and over.

They basically stole my coral. Beware if you are to trade in coral to these guys, maybe use your credit right away.

This place just keeps going downhill IMO.

After numerous phone calls over a few weeks and negative reviews Vivid has offered to reinstate my store credit. Although I wish this was less hassle this was the right thing to do. They also excluded all WYSIWYG coral from the site.

I would recommend anyone trading in coral, use credit right away if possible and if not, make sure to get the credit details in writing by email including total amount and expiration date.
