Buyer Beware

I found a Seneye aquarium monitor and par meter, NIB, for $59 from a company called Joe Pretty. My wife has bought a couple of shirts from them before, so I decided to take a chance. The purchase was made on 10/19/2019. The order has said processing since day 1, and still does. I have sent 2 emails to customer service over the last week, the site states emails will be replied to within 24 hours, and as of this time, nothing. Their site does show my order, as pasted below, but I am having doubts if I will ever see it. If I do, I will be sure to reply and let everyone know. Oh well, had to try, right? :)
