I placed my first order with Buythereef last week. The shipment didn't have a heat pack and it's below 30 degrees here right now. The water was extremely cold, but everything looks OK at this point. Other than that I am very pleased. He's got some really nice stuff and my chalice was in 7 or 8 bags I think. Very well packed. His shipping which was included in the price of the coral was express overnight. (not standard like most companies)
The free coral he threw in was also very nice and something I would have actually bought. (Thanks!) Overall I'd give them 8 out of 10. It would have been 10 if it had a heat pack. I'm a little worried as I've seen corals look good for a day, but just can't recover from the cold. I'll post back with pics when everything recovers.

We are very happy to hear you are pleased with your order. We pride ouselves on our great Live arrival rate which is why we guarentee live arrival no matter what. We take several things into consideration when thinking about whether to add heat packs or not. We used an extra thick styro cooler for you which we use all winter long for our customers. I do feel you should have got a heatpack and I have talked to my staff about this. We thank you for your order and feedback and hope you come to us agian for your coral needs. Thanks
