CA. Reactor Issues?

I have Geo CA. Reactor that I cleaned the other day, I do about 2-3x a yr. and replace media, I put a new Ehime on it but used the same fittings that the old one had, I am now getting a bunch of O2 bubbles getting blowin in where the ehime return it recirculation at? Will O2 be a bigg issue in the reactor chamber? Bubbles are coming up thru the media?
