Mounting to a bracket. I also have another piece not mentioned in any of the manuals and the obvious curved arm part and what attaches to the tank itself. And a ton of screws. So many screws.

Figured out the weirdly angled pieces mentioned nowhere are support brackets at least....

It's not correct because it doesn't allow me to center it properly.I think I might have figured out a way it will work but I'm not confident its correct
Also Matt's sketched out by the screws that seem to fit there and thinks they're going to strip out.
Also Matt's gone on another rant about how everything aquarium related is overcomplicated and makes zero sense so now everything is being boxed back up while I wait for customer service to get back to me about what the correct instructions/parts might be because "universal compatibility" doesn't feel accurate right now.

Not yet, they did that thing where they only reply to part of the message instead of addressing the main issueLights , get them sorted out ?

We'd already figured out the weird bar is a support bracket, and how to appropriately attach it. They confirmed that part and sent instructions on how to attach it. They did not address part 2 missing.
We're still going in circles.
These are all the parts, minus the insane amount of screws and the plastic pieces to protect the glass.
Personally, I think the extra long fixing bracket for the led bars, is supposed to be used instead of #2 that I'm missing and they never updated their stuff.
The problem is that it's not allowing me to appropriately center it over the tank even slid as far as it can be, UNLESS I have a bunch of extra bar hanging off the opposite side - which seems ridiculous.

I mean, probably.... but then I've got exposed metal instead of coated metal and probably increase rust risk.
